Bocaminas
About the Location:
Bocaminas is located in San Antonio Baeza Yautepec a municipality located in the Sierra Madre del Sur mountain range and is part of the Sierra Norte de Oaxaca region home to several indigenous communities, including the Mixtec, Mixe, and Zoque peoples. San Antonio Baeza Yautepec is located approximately 110 kilometers northwest of the city of Oaxaca.
Arche Prima Materia counts with 1,600 hectares to exploration and mineral rights.
There are several gold and silver mines located in the Sierra Norte de Oaxaca region, including some that are located in the vicinity of San Carlos Yautepec. The region is known for its rich deposits of precious metals, and mining has played an important role in the local economy for many years. The region is also home to several small-scale artisanal miners, who use traditional techniques to extract gold and silver from the local deposits.
Early Exploration:
We have found outcrops of gold and silver backed by certifications that motivate us to continue exploring to find the veins and how they run.
Lab Results
Laboratorio Metalúrgico Courtade S.A de C.V a private lab located in San Luis Potosí México certified gold and silver from samples sent.
SGM Servicicio Geológico Méxicano the national geological service of Mexico certified gold and silver from sample sent.
Bocaminas was an abandoned mine previously known as La Baeza that was reportedly used during the pre-revolutionary period in Mexico. It has a closed and washed-out pit that is sealed with wood, making it not possible to enter the pit due to safety concerns. Outside this pit, there is antique machinery where mining work was done. Samples taken at Bocaminas (formerly La Baeza) are located in three different locations within our 1,600-hectare polygon. Readings of gold and silver have been found in all these places, with the best results being those close to the washed-out pit that we have been unable to access to recollect samples and find the veins.

Community, Land, and Mineral Rights
San Antonio Bocaminas is home to a small number of people who are working hand in hand with us to achieve the same dreams and goals of making this place thrive for everyone. We have all the legal aspects and community support in place to continue our mining-related project on 1,600 hectares. Working closely with the comisariado (commissioner or representative) to ensure that our mining-related activities are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and that we are meeting the needs and concerns of the community.
La Baeza is a beautiful and rich place with abundant natural resources that have the potential to bring prosperity to all when responsibly developed.
Next Steps:
We are excited to be moving forward with the Bocaminas project and are eager to get started on the next steps. Our immediate focus will be on identifying the location of the vein and conducting further assessments to determine the proven reserve at the site. This will help us to better understand the sustainability of the project and ensure that it is a viable investment opportunity. We are committed to transparency and will keep investors informed as we progress with these next steps.
